About the Person

Vess Bakalov leads SevOne`s product development and design teams and provides strategic direction and vision for the overall technology architecture. He created SevOne with the future of digital infrastructure in mind after working with legacy solutions during his time as a network architect at BankOne.   As a founder and board member he has been instrumental in structuring the organization, obtaining financing and working on critical corporate development initiatives.   As a thought leader in the industry, he is an outspoken advocate for high-performance distributed systems and engineering for scalability as key drivers for value creation in the world of big data and IoT. He holds the patent for Scalable Performance Management System as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Most recently in 2016 he was awarded the prestigious E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
