Passport Health Plan (Passport) is a local nonprofit community-based health plan administering Kentucky Medicaid benefits. Since 1997, we have been working closely with local providers and community advocates to fulfill our mission, to improve the health and quality of life of our members. Our over 200 caring, dedicated staff are all focused on our pursuit to help Kentuckians live healthier lives. Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life of our members.
Troy May has more than 24 years of experience in health care information technology. He most recently served as vice president and chief information officer for University of Louisville Hospital.
