Leawood, KS-based Carstar has Appointed Travis Sill as Chief Information Officer

 

About the Company

Carstar Auto Body Repair Experts is the largest MSO network of branded collision repair facilities in North America. It has more than 440 family owned and operated facilities in 31 states and 10 Canadian provinces. Carstar delivers a 97 percent satisfaction rate and offers a national warranty on its work.

 

About the Person

Travis Sill will be responsible for all technical aspects of the franchise network, including developing new solutions, scaling architecture, and leveraging technology to support the growth of the business. His work will take place in the home office, supporting the corporate team and all franchisees across the country. In addition, Sill will assume daily management duties of all members of the technology team at the corporate office.   Before joining City Wide, Sill founded a consulting company working directly with franchisors to provide technological advice on how to leverage technology to grow their business and provide value to their franchise base. Previously he served as the Chief Information Officer of a privately held franchise company in the collision industry. Additionally, he served as the director of IT services for a major corporation, supporting core client facing applications for more than 12,000 retail locations, half of them being franchises. Sill’s extensive experience in technology and franchising will allow him to expertly serve in his new role with City Wide.
