On April 1, 2013, Tracey Rothenberger was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Offi cer of Ricoh Americas Corporation. In this role, Rothenberger is responsible for Services Consulting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Administration and Process Improvement teams. In addition, Rothenberger has been appointed a Corporate Senior Advisor of Ricoh Americas' Tokyo-based parent company, Ricoh Company, Ltd. Rothenberger draws from more than 20 years of leadership experience. He joined IKON (a Ricoh company) in 1999, and during this time Rothenberger's roles included: Senior Vice President, CIO and Chief Process Offi cer for Ricoh Americas Corporation as well as Senior Vice President and CIO for IKON Offi ce Solutions. Rothenberger led the centralization of IKON's IT infrastructure and its global Oracle ERP implementation. He was also a key member of the team responsible for the sale of IKON to Ricoh. After joining Ricoh, Rothenberger helped stabilize the company's operating environment following Ricoh's ERP implementation, then became Chief Process Offi cer responsible for optimizing business processes across all functions. Most recently, Rothenberger was also responsible for leading essential aspects of Ricoh Americas' transformation to a services led company – ensuring the company took an enterprise-wide view for greater alignment and global linkage while achieving sustained business growth, improved customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery. Prior to joining IKON, Rothenberger held senior leadership positions at Ecolab, a Fortune 500 company, and U.S. Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.
