Santa Barbara, CA-based QAD has promoted Tony J. Winter as chief technology officer.

About the Person

Winter held several key internal roles at QAD, starting in 1999 with QAD Global Services, based in the United Kingdom. Winter then moved into QAD Research and Development (R&D) in Ireland and later in Santa Barbara. During this time, he was recognized as a QAD Distinguished Engineer by QAD Chairman and President Pamela Lopker, for his published U.S. and international patent for technology used in services-oriented architectures (SOA).
