Santa Barbara, CA-based Restaurant Revolution Technologies has Appointed Tony DiCenzo as Chief Technology Officer

 

About the Company

Restaurant Revolution Technologies (RRT) delivers a proprietary and patent-pending take-out order processing service for the restaurant industry. We have pioneered the “Order Management Technology Solution” that manages the entire take-out ordering process, from customer initiation, through order management, all the way to the effective pick-up or delivery of the order to the customer.

 

About the Person

Tony DiCenzo will manage the continued development of RRT’s cloud based and patent pending Order Management solution, and its powerful Call Center, Online and Mobile ordering platforms which deliver a high performance, customer centric takeout order solution to the restaurant industry. Tony was SVP of Information Technology at Pink Berry Ventures overseeing development and technology infrastructure strategy for the international yogurt foodservice franchising company. He managed online, mobile, Customer Relationship Management systems, Loyalty System, and backoffice systems development.

Prior to Pink Berry Ventures, Mr. DiCenzo was CIO for Wheelhouse Solutions where he provided technical leadership and strategic oversight for the company’s portfolio of marketing services and successfully managed the implementation of industry-changing collaborative mobile and ecommerce technology. Previously, DiCenzo was SVP of Information Systems & Technology for The House Of Blues Restaurants and Entertainment Company where he oversaw all IT and online technology, strategic vision, planning, development and IT operations for 20 locations. Tony was also the Manager of Information Technology at Jamba Juice Company where he was responsible for all field computer-based technology for the quick service beverage chain. For seven years prior to Jamba Juice, Tony was Manager of Operations Services at California Pizza Kitchen where he was responsible for operational quality, costs, labor and food usage efficiencies for the growing restaurant chain.
