Tom Taylor to serve as the interim deputy chief information officer for enterprise systems and applications. Taylor has led Clemson University's Medicaid IT Services group, responsible for the state's Medicaid eligibility and claims payment systems for an estimated 925,000 Medicaid recipients. Taylor has more than 30 years of combined experience in information technology, enterprise application development and business intelligence provisioning, and has held senior IT leadership roles for 17 years.
