Mr. Theriault served as Chief Information, Innovation & Improvement Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., since October 2012 and its Senior Vice President since October 2009. Mr. Theriault served as the Chief Information Officer of Walgreen Co., from October 2009 to October 2012. Mr. Theriault is responsible for the overall IT strategy that enables Walgreens new businesses and strategic initiatives. Mr. Theriault served as President of Corporate & Institutional Services of Northern Trust Corp. since October 17, 2006 and also served as its Executive Vice President since April 16, 2002. He served as President of Worldwide Operations of Northern Trust Corp. since May 31, 2002 and served as its President of Technology.
