About the Person
For the past 20 years, Tim Rochford has played a principle role in leveraging emerging technologies for both technology and application software companies, especially at the intersection of life science and Internet technologies. In his role as CTO and Vice President, Product Development, Rochford will lead HighRoads' expanding product development team as they drive new innovation while optimizing the core HighRoads platform. Rochford was Chief Technology Officer at Phase Forward, the leading provider of Clinical Research software and cloud services to the life science industry. After acquisition by Oracle Health Science Global Business Unit, he joined Oracle as Sr. Director Technology/SaaS Strategy guiding migration of the Health Science platform to the cloud supporting of the convergence of Life Science and Healthcare in the evolution towards personalized medicine through large-scale, regulatory compliant analysis of combined genotypic and phenotypic data. Most recently, he was Sr. Director Platform Development for Oracle Cloud for Industry leading the team constructing the cloud automation platform supporting over 50 hosted applications across all the Oracle Global Business Units. He has also been an executive technology leader for iConverse, Infinium Software and Voice Processing Corporation.
