Thomas Werner, currently  Vice President of Information Technology and VP and treasurer. Mr. Werner joined Norfolk Southern in 1999 and served as its assistant vice president of technology since 2000. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Railinc, Corp. since July 2009. He earned degrees in finance and electrical engineering from the Wharton School and Princeton.
