Columbus, OH-based Columbus Schools has announced the Resignation of Thomas J. Czajkowski as Chief Information Officer

 

About the Company

Columbus City Schools, established in 1845, is the state of Ohio`s largest school district, serving the needs of more than 51,000 students in 116 schools. The district is under the leadership of Interim Superintendent J. Daniel Good, Ph.D., and a seven-member board of education. Each student is highly educated, prepared for leadership and service, and empowered for success as a citizen in a global community.

 

About the Person

Thomas J. Czajkowski told his staff that he would leave his $138,700-a-year post for another position. Czajkowski, formerly a vice president of information technology for Scotts Miracle-Gro, was selected in January of this year after the district conducted an almost two-year search and considered more than 100 applicants.
