Everything changed when the #metoo movement hit this past year and we, along with the rest of the world, have watched old systems of power crumble. We are inspired by the myriad movements that have formed and yet, one of the most important audiences has been left out of the conversation so far: us. So, we sent out a test balloon in the form of an Instagram account. We began calling out our fellow HR professionals for being part of the problem, and calling on HR to figure out how to be the solution.
