And yet, as the collective consciousness has raised around us, we think that there is still a reckoning that needs to occur within HR. We are inspired by the myriad movements that have formed and yet, one of the most important audiences has been left out of the conversation so far: us. So, we sent out a test balloon in the form of an Instagram account.
