About the Person

Chief Technology Officer Steven Kukulka brings 20 years of experience and expertise to his position with Change Healthcare. He joined the company from Walgreens, where he spent more than 5 years directing teams in the areas of project management, development, quality assurance, architecture and analysis – exiting the company as Director of IT for Walgreens’ Healthcare Clinic. Prior to this, Steven served as Senior Vice President of Technology at ComFrame Software. He also spent many years as a consultant with clients including leading organizations such as Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo. Steven holds a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Illinois and a Master of Art degree from the University of Georgia.
