About the Person

Mr. Steve Scullen serves as the President of Corporate Operations at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Scullen is also responsible for the coordination and execution of the technology functions across the firm. He is a member of executive committee at Fidelity Investments. From 2008 to 2011, he served as President and Chief Information Officer of Fidelity Personal and Workplace Investing. He was President of Fidelity eBusiness from 2004 to 2008, and Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2004. During 2008, he also served as interim Chief Information Officer of Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT). He served as Chief Information Officer for Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company, Inc. (FIIS). Prior to joining Fidelity, he served as Director of Global Capital Markets Systems for Bank of Boston from 1992 to 1997. In that capacity, he supported the bank’s treasury and capital markets functions, including trading, risk and liquidity management for the bank’s operations in the U.S., South America, Europe and Asia. From 1986 to 1992, he held several technology positions at State Street Bank & Trust Company supporting their global custody and currency operations. He served as a Consultant of SEI from 1985 to 1986. He served as the Comptroller at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1979 to 1983. He serves as a Member of Executive Advisory Board at Volition Capital LLC. Mr. Scullen received an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1980 a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Science from Colby College in 1977.
