About the Person
Steve Horan joined VeriFone from Colliers International. He joined Colliers International in 1975 in the Valuation & Advisory Services group. For two years, Mr. Horan conducted analyses of industrial, educational, retail and residential properties. He then spent five years in the Brokerage group, handling the leasing and sale of office, industrial and institutional properties. In 1982, Mr. Horan joined the Capital Markets group where he now specializes in placing debt and equity in commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Horan is a senior vice president and a shareholder in the firm. He received Bachelor of Arts, in Sociology from Colby College
