About the Person
Steve Handy is Chief Technology Officer of Creative Lodging Solutions. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he also completed his Master of Science in Computer Science there as well. He began his career with AT&T Bell Laboratories where he developed operating systems and patented voice response software. Steve also worked at IBM and Perot Systems. Steve began consulting for CLS in 2002, became VP of Application Technology in 2006, VP of Technology in 2010, and assumed his present role of CTO in 2013. Technical achievements at Creative Lodging Solutions include development of Genesis, the system used to track all of CLS’ lodging requests, reservations, and invoices, as well as managing the development of WebGenesis, the internet tool used by CLS’ clients and hotel partners.
