Stanley Kaczmarczyk is currently a Deputy Director at the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) within the Information Technology Services (ITS) portfolio. He oversees the Cloud Computing Service at FAS. This includes responsibility for the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and the upcoming Email as a Service (EaaS) BPA. He also provides direction for the HSPD-12 initiative, which includes the USAccess program providing Personal Identify Verification (PIV) credentialing services to over 500,000 customers at more than 90 Federal agencies, commissions and boards. Mr. Kaczmarczyk has been with GSA for over 20 years and has previously served with the Public Buildings Service and the Office of Governmentwide Policy.
