Bismarck, ND-based Starion Financial has Appointed Stacy Hall as Chief Information Officer

Stacy Hall has joined Starion Financial as the chief information officer/chief operations officer. He is located at the bank’s Mandan location. In his role, Hall is primarily responsible for the overall administration of the bank’s technology, accounting and operations teams. He provides vision and insight into the development of the business strategy for the operation and technology of the bank, demonstrates leadership and expertise for technology initiatives and assists in attaining established operational goals. Hall comes to Starion with more than 13 years of banking experience, previously working as a divisional information officer, business process manager, project manager, operations officer and general lender. He is a certified project manager and attended the Pacific Coast Banking School. Hall earned bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Wyoming – Laramie and master's degree in technology management from the University of Phoenix.
