HBI is a national leader for career training in the building industry. HBI helps national, state and local policymakers understand the importance of creating a skilled workforce for the building industry and assists state and federal agencies, local workforce investment boards and home builder associations further their goals by providing workers with valuable job skills that match local workforce needs. It partners with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) on various workforce development initiatives.
