Builders of Hope is an established and innovative leader in affordable housing and urban renewal. Since our founding in 2006, we have successfully created and rebuilt neighborhoods by providing workforce housing through the reuse of existing inventory. Builders of Hope saves homes slated for demolition and recycles them using our patent-pending “Extreme Green Rehabilitation” model for residential construction. The National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center Foundation, Inc. began formal operations in the spring of 2005 and worked with the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation on the design and construction management plan.
