The IQTrack solution followed, providing data tracking services that created visibility into inefficiencies. Capitalizing on this data, IQTrack was enhanced to offer problem and change management modules and workflow management capabilities. In 2009, these robust offerings allowed Intelliteach to go global, opening London offices and expanding their services to over 50 countries worldwide. The natural synergies of these legal services companies were quickly recognized, and in 2012 CMS acquired Intelliteach, maintaining the name Intelliteach. Unifying these organizations has assisted in their continued growth and offering of services specializing in legal industry support, offering full capacity coverage for all legal and client documentation. Intelliteach continues to expand its offerings; always seeking new opportunities to assist the legal industry and help our clients grow efficiently and profitably. In March 2016 the SkillBuilder eLearning suite of educational training services was launched.
