Simon Palmer worked for Cognos, a leading business intelligence and performance management software company, where he spent 10 years forming strategic teams, managing across the Atlantic and creating and implementing enterprise software solutions. He quickly rose through Cognos as a technical lead and manager, retaining a technical presence and code responsibility in his teams.
