Sheldon Mundle has more than 18 years of global experience in the IT industry. His most recent executive position was as the SVP and CIO at BTC (a Cable & Wireless Telecom company), where he was responsible for the IT department during a significant business transformation period and supported that company's mission of providing quality communication services to governments, small and medium-sized businesses and private consumers. Before assuming his position at BTC, Mundle worked as an independent consultant in the USA and Caribbean, helping clients to achieve business goals such as increasing revenues, lowering costs and improving profitability. Mundle also has senior management experience at companies such as Bank of America, KPMG and IBM where he led complex technology integration initiatives and ERP implementations. Mundle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
