About the Person
Shea Lambert has been with United Solutions for nearly 16 years. The creative force behind the development and design of new applications and systems at the company, he is also responsible for client security, as well as responding to client needs around the clock. Since he served our country as a Navy SEAL and graduated from Liberty University in 1999 with a degree in political science, Shea’s career at United Solutions has grown along with the advances in the industry. “When I started out of college,” he laughs, “I was working in dial-up banking.” Shea actually started out with United Solutions as an eBanking Support Specialist, and became the Chief Technology Officer in 2008. The world of core data processing has changed a lot since those days. Keeping pace with – and staying ahead of – rapidly evolving technology is a full-time job. Shea regularly reviews industry news in both the financial and technology sectors. He meets with channel partners to review the latest products and regularly travels to meet with clients and oversee installations. What’s at the CORE of Shea’s philosophy? Client service. “I consider myself a success in my job,” he says, “if we can save our clients` money with technology solutions customized to their needs.”xz` Shea and his wife, Aubrey, live in Tallahassee where they are raising their three boys, ranging in age from 4 to 17 years old.
