About the Company
The roots of Creative Solutions In HealthCare can be traced back to Granbury, Texas in the year 2000. Gary and Malisa Blake co-founded Creative Solutions In HealthCare that year and opened their first care facility; Granbury Care Center. The facility provided care services to 176 residents. “Those who walked before us have given so much and made possible the life we all enjoy.” - Gary Blake With many years experience in caring for seniors, Gary Blake recognizes and has made it his company's top priority to care for seniors with the respect, compassion and dignity they deserve. It's what makes them different. They understand that caring is what makes a community and without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community. Creative Solutions currently owns and operates over 49 skilled nursing and 13 assisted living facilities with it's corporate offices located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Shawn Wiora, Founder and President of Steeplechase Resources, Inc.Mr. Wiora has more than 15 years domestic and international experience in the information technology industry including application development, business development, sales and marketing.Mr. Wiora launched Steeplechase Resources with the mission of delivering customer-focused resources and customized IT and marketing solutions.Prior to Steeplechase, Mr. Wiora was Vice President - Sales & Marketing at Automation Image, Inc., and was responsible for developing the off-shore consulting services business unit, corporate sales and marketing.While there, he managed all aspects of client services including sales, business development, project engagement, relationship management and its partnerships with Agilent, Oracle, Verizon and Amdocs, Inc. Mr. Wiora has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Science in Telecommunications Systems Management from Southern Methodist University.
