About the Company

About the Person
Shankaran Shanmugabaskaran is Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Shanmugabaskaran joined The RDI Group in 2010 and is responsible for Computer Applications and Operations, Network and IT infrastructure and aligning the business processes to follow company strategy. Mr. Shanmugabaskaran played an integral role in developing and implementing a cloud based solution to improve business efficiency. The tool helps The RDI Group manage over 75 processes, increase organizational accountability, provide a central location for company knowledge and distribute business intelligence. Mr. Shanmugabaskaran has also implemented Quick Response Manufacturing to drive shorter lead-times throughout the organizational processes. Mr. Shanmugabaskaran has over 10 years of information technology experience in the private sector relating to enterprise applications, automotive manufacturing and healthcare/medical institution. Prior to joining The RDI Group, Mr. Shanmugabaskaran was Manager of Information Technology for GeoAnalytics, where he led the successful deployments of cloud based spatial data analysis, predicative analytics, and business intelligence platforms. Mr. Shanmugabaskaran’s educational background includes a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and he is also a Certified Scrum Master and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
