Scott Hendryx served for the last five years at Calsonic Kansei as senior director of computer information systems and change management for enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation. Based in Shelbyville, Tennessee, Hendryx directed a 46-person CIS team that supported IT functions across 12 sites in the U.S., Mexico and Brazil. Prior to his tenure at Calsonic Kansei, Hendryx worked at Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois, as a 6 sigma black belt (June 2009-August 2010) then as administrative director of surgical and cardiovascular services (August 2010-January 2011). Hendryx’s resume also includes more than 30 years at Caterpillar/Cat Financial with various roles in 6 sigma and global project management/deployment. Hendryx has led successful implementation of ERP in Europe, Brazil, the Middle East, Mexico and the U.S., and he is a 6 sigma master black belt with certification in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and DMEDI (Define, Measure, Explore, Develop, and Implement) methodology.
