About the Person
Scott Harger is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and execution. He also leads the advancement of the company’s engineering culture and talent. Scott has 20 years’ experience with the development and architecture of large scale enterprise systems in the master data management, content management and financial trading domains. Prior to joining Perception Software, Scott was an architect in the IBM Information Management development organization, most recently focused on next generation cloud products. He has also served as Solution Architect in the IBM Growth Markets based out of Sydney, Australia. Before joining IBM he was Product Architect at Initiate Systems during a period of rapid growth which ultimately led to its acquisition by IBM in 2010. Scott has a BS in Applied Mathematics / Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
