About the Person
Scott Frank comes to Capital BlueCross from Aetna/Coventry Health Care in Pittsburgh, where he served as executive director of information technology. Frank brings to Capital BlueCross more than 20 years of information technology experience in health insurance and health care. In addition to extensive experience leading information technology, he has a strong background in strategic planning. Frank earned a master of science in organizational leadership and a bachelor of science in computer science, both from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pa.
