About the Person
Samih Fadli is a senior leader in technology strategy, innovation, and solutions delivery with a career spanning nearly 20 years at the head of technology software and services for major global companies. He has consistently demonstrated a track record of building and managing complex global technology services organizations, technology capabilities, high performance software and acting as strategic pioneer behind lthe launch of revolutionary Global Cloud Softare Services technology programs that generate high-volume of revenue streams. He has defined and executed complex multi-enterprise strategies, roadmaps and architectures with hands-on project and capability delivery experience forged by real world class implementation programs. Over the past 12 years, Samih’s career as technology rapidly evolved to a bursting stage of operational effectiveness to seamlessly support the IT globalization, mobile demand, emerging technologies and the customer loyalty agenda, Samih’s focus has been to define, develop, manage and deliver state-of-the-art Software, High Performance Cloud Services , Software Defined Datacenters, cross-platform Mobile solutions, Shared Services enterprises, e-commerce as a Service solutions, Enterprise Big Data driven applications and Web-based solutions. Over the past years, Samih developed and industrialized High End Cloud Services & Virtualization offerings and Enterprise-wide Big Data solutions including data acquisition, storage, transformation, security and data science analysis with a solid understanding of infrastructure planning, scaling, and management considerations that are unique to Enterprise-ready Hadoop, InSight and Big Data products. Prior of Joining Grid Dynamics as the Global CTO and Service Lines Head, Samih has served at Avanade, Inc (Accenture & Microsoft Company) as the CTO for North America, as the Head of Enterprise Architecture Consulting & Managing Principal at CAPCO (the Capital Market Company in Wall Street), as well as the CTO/Vice President SAP and VP Cloud Solution for Mahindra Satyam, as well as an technology executive at Infosys among many other leadership roles throughout his career including Start-Up management executive role for iDefend Scientific. Samih holds a M.Sc in Computer Science from Universite Polytechnic de Seraing and other degrees in Astrophysics and Applied Mathematics.
