About the Person
Ryan Talbott is a hands-on collaborative IT leader with significant experience in delivering positive transformational change in large organizations. Ryan has managed complex IT programs, major implementations, and operational maintenance activities. Prior to joining Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) he worked extensively in the consulting industry where he was focused on successfully implementing business-focused technology solutions for large and mid-size companies. Within the FCA IT organization, Ryan is globally responsible for the Product Development, Powertrain, and Design Office organizations. Ryan also has responsibility for the convergence of common Industrial processes and solutions across the global IT landscape . Ryan is responsible for the overall delivery of programs to meet vision and goals, internal and external resource management, and all related financial management. Ryan focuses on driving successful programs from inception through implementation, while maintaining a deep focus on effective and efficient business processes, and positive impacts through change management. Ryan works extensively with colleagues from across cultures and business and IT disciplines in order to most effectively affect positive change. Talbott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
