The Catalytic Fund executes high impact real estate development projects by connecting people, place, and product with capital and technical expertise. Our privately funded, not-for-profit company is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. The Catalytic Fund has multiple resources for planning and funding real estate development projects that meet our criteria of quality, need, and impact. These include financial products such as loans and investments, as well as real estate development services we provide on a consulting basis. We are locally controlled, privately funded, and unregulated--therefore our financial investments are flexible, creative, and individually structured based on each projects capital need. Our financial investments are limited to projects within our Investment Area of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue, and Dayton with some exceptions. We can provide development services for projects in any geographic location. Notable projects include Hotel Covington, the Boone Block Lofts in Covington, and Kent Lofts in Bellevue. Since 2013, we have financed or provided development services for 100 projects representing $450M+ in new investment in Northern Kentucky.

Jackson Construction was founded in 1984 in Quitman, Texas, and is still headquartered there today. We also have offices in the Dallas and San Antonio areas, allowing us to serve all of North, East, Central, and South Texas. Tim Jackson, the President/CEO, has operated Jackson Construction from the beginning. The company has completed a variety of projects in both the public and private sector, meeting the needs of school districts, city/county governments, and publicly/privately owned businesses. Our project history also includes work with religious facilities, institutions of higher learning, and the State of Texas.
Established in 1986, Multiwood has grown from a small two-man shop to one of the largest manufacturers of cabinet doors and finishing materials in Alberta. Our mission statement says it all: To provide high quality products at competitive prices with on-time deliveries, while striving to provide a safe and friendly work environment. Our line includes an extensive style selection of solid wood and MDF cabinet and passage doors, hardwood mouldings, butcher-block counter tops, solid wood dove-tail drawer boxes and custom millwork parts, all manufactured in our 53,000 square foot south-east Calgary facility. We are also the exclusive Alberta manufacturer of Nexgen Polyester-Wrapped cabinet doors. In 2010, we became a distributor for both Northern Contours Thermofoil and Element Designs Aluminum Doors. Additionally, we carry a wide variety of hardwood plywood, melamine and MDF sheet goods. We sell a selection of cabinet hardware, including pulls, knobs, hinges and slides.
