Raleigh, NC-based Sensus has appointed Ron Ridge as its new chief information officer.

 

About the Company

Sensus offers smart meters, communication systems, software and services for the electric, gas, and water industries.

 

About the Person

Ron Ridge joined Sensus in August, 2011 as VP and CIO. Ron provides strategic leadership for the global Information Technology function. Ron has over 20 years of Information Technology experience, as well as extensive experience in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits and Internal Audit with leading international companies. Prior to joining Sensus, Ron was the Vice President and CIO for Bell and Howell, a leading company in the development of production mail equipment, service offerings and software technologies. He also served in management capacities with Owens-Corning and Reichhold Chemicals. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Bowling Green State University.
