About the Person
Robert Spurlock’s hiring continues the Caprock Health Group’s ongoing strategy to attract talented and experienced professionals. Spurlock will be responsible for all aspects of IT, software, network and communications, as well as technology process, development and infrastructure for all of the Lubbock and San Antonio-based Caprock companies. Spurlock’s experience includes working for national companies involved in medical bill review and cost-containment services for the workers’ compensation, group health and liability insurance sectors. Spurlock’s experience also includes time with large health system-owned managed care and statewide integrated health plans.Spurlock has background in enterprise architecture with accountability for all of the technology touch points within integrated health system and health plan organizations.
