About the Company

Skanska Commercial Development acquires, develops, leases and divests commercial properties located in select core urban markets in the US and Europe. Most of our projects are self-financed and over the last 25 years we have invested on average $500 MUSD of Skanska capital annually. In the last five years we have invested $3 billion of Skanska capital in new ground-up speculative buildings in nine countries and we have delivered 11 million square feet of mainly class A sustainable office buildings. Skanska Commercial Development started operating in the US in 2009, focusing on Class A office and multifamily buildings in select urban locations. We develop properties in Boston, DC, Houston and Seattle and have a portfolio of five million square feet in the US.

 

About the Person

Robert Kraft is Executive Vice President of Information Technology at Skanska. Previously, Kraft was Chief Information Officer at Skanska. Kraft earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
