Halliburton Company serves national and independent oil and gas companies throughout the world. In July 2007, the Company acquired the entire share capital of PSL Energy Services Limited (PSLES), an eastern hemisphere provider of process, pipeline, and well intervention services. PSLES has operational bases in the United Kingdom, Norway, the Middle East, Azerbaijan, Algeria and Asia Pacific. In January 2007, Halliburton Company acquired all intellectual property, current assets and existing business associated with Calgary-based Ultraline Services Corporation (Ultraline), a division of Savanna Energy Services Corp. About the Person

Mr. Robert F. Heinemann, also known as Bob, served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Berry Petroleum Co. from June 2004 to 2013. Mr. Heinemann served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Berry Petroleum Company, LLC from April 2004 to June 2004. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Halliburton Company. He served for Mobil Oil Corporation, where he served in a variety of positions for Mobil and its various affiliate companies in the energy and technical fields from 1981 to 1999, served as a Vice President of Mobil Technology Company and General Manager of the Mobil Exploration and Producing Technical Center. He served as the Chairman of Berry Petroleum Company, LLC from April 1, 2004 to June 2004. He has been a Director of Crescent Point Energy Corp. since March 17, 2014. He has been a Director of QEP Resources, Inc., since January 2014 and Berry Petroleum Company, LLC since 2002. He is an Energy Consultant. Mr. Heinemann holds Bachelor's degree and Doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
