About the Person

Mr. Robert B. Harrison has been the Chief Omnichannel Officer at Macy's, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Harrison served as President and Chief operating officer of Macy's West division at Macy's, Inc. (formerly known as Federated Department Stores, Inc.) since May 2008. Mr. Harrison served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Macy's department stores - Northwest region for Macy's, Inc. from February 1, 2006 to May 2008. He served at Robinsons-May, in Los Angeles. as senior vice president and chief financial officer of its division since June 2002, as well as the senior vice president for finance of the Meier & Frank division before it was merged with Robinsons-May. Mr. Harrison started his career at the Kaufmann's division in 1986 as an accounting analyst and served in positions of increasing responsibility before becoming vice president and controller of Kaufmann's. Mr. Harrison served as Chairman of Robinsons-May in Los Angeles, since October 2004. Mr. Harrison holds a degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a native of Pittsburgh.
