Robert Bardusch had been CIO, enterprise technology and risk management technology, from 2009 to 2014 at PNC Financial Services Group Inc., capping a 16-year career at PNC (NYSE:PNC). He is now CIO and executive vice president at Valley National Bank. Based in Wayne, N.J., Valley National has assets of $23 billion.   Bardusch spent the past two years as CIO and senior vice president at MVB Bank in Fairmont, W.Va.   At PNC, Bardusch had also served as director of consumer lending technology and director of marketing technology.   Prior to working in banking, he was director of health care development at Kvaerner and a project engineer at Mellon Stuart Co.
