Robert N. Shaddock, also known as Rob, has been the Chief Technology Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. (formerly, Tyco Electronics Ltd) since September 15, 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Shaddock serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Tyco Electronics Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Shaddock served as a Senior Vice President of TE Connectivity Ltd. Mr. Shaddock worked closely with Tyco Electronics' business unit and technology leaders to enhance its overall technology capabilities and ensure full leverage of its rich inventory of technologies. He is also responsible for Tyco Electronics' Technology organizations in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Menlo Park, California. In 2010, Mr. Shaddock assumed responsibility for the sales, development and operations of TE's Touch Solutions business. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Blue Wave Systems Inc., since November 1999 and as its Executive Vice President since April 1998. Mr. Shaddock served as Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Products Division for Motorola Solutions Inc. since April 2008. He served as the Chief Technology Officer for Motorola's Mobile Devices business. He joined LSI in October 1992 as Technical Director. He served as Marketing Director of LSI since 1997. Mr. Shaddock served as a Director of UIQ Technology AB. Mr. Shaddock served as a Director of Blue Wave Systems Inc., since April 1998. He leads the TE Connectivity Engineering Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
