About the Person
Ricky McClellan is Digilant’s Global Chief Technology Officer. He joined Digilant to lead programmatic innovation for the real time bidding (RTB) platform and to focus on implementing cutting edge technology to further harness the potential of Digilant’s Big Data architecture. For over 20 years, Ricky has helped shape technology for small, medium and large companies. Over half that time has been spent at the executive management level. Before Digilant, Ricky was CTO at smartclip where he lead the effort to design, implement and operate the proprietary video SSP/Exchange and real time bidding system, the SmartX Platform. Ricky also held the CIO role at Eyewonder where he was responsible for product and technology, leading a complete platform relaunch including video standardization, advanced adserver features, and dynamic creative optimization capabilities. Prior to his years in ad tech, Ricky also held Senior Management positions for a consulting firm Arthur Andersen, a leading supply chain solution provider Manhattan Associates, and one of the top 5 US banks. Ricky has been an adviser for numerous M&A transactions, both buy side and sell side, across multiple industries.
