About the Company

About the Person

Richard McKinney, a former Chief Information Officer of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville,Davidson County, Tenn., most recently served as a senior fellow with the Center for Digital Government, a national research and advisory institute on information technology. In his new role, McKinney serves as principal technology adviser to current U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood. McKinney has almost 30 years of technology experience working in both the public and private sectors. He attended Ohio State University and Tennessee State University.
