About the Person
Richard Hall serves as the firm's Director of Information Technology. His experience includes leading projects in document and records management, Client Relationship Management (CRM), small and large scale litigation support systems, executive dashboards and systems supporting alternative fee arrangements and legal project management. Richard hails from Missouri, where he served as the VP and Information Technology Director for a leading infrastructure firm with over 3,000 employees in 60 offices in the U.S. In this role, he developed and executed technology plans aligned with corporate strategy with over 90 IT employees and a budget of $28 million. Prior to this, Richard worked for several large law firms in Chicago, Illinois and Kansas City, Missouri. His specialties include leading technology groups in changing environments, disaster recovery planning and implementation, financial management, vendor management, strategic planning, project management, mentoring and developing teams, and developing collaborative relationships.
