About the Company

Inperium Management Services (IMS) was created in August 2017 as a subsidiary of Inperium, Inc. The Purpose of IMS is to function as the entity that provides the Shared Service offerings to Inperium and its affiliates allowing these entities to advance their mission & vision; focus on enhancing service delivery, explore geographical program expansion and focus on quality outcome measures & create cost savings that result in reinvestment into the organizations stakeholders through capacity creation and employee compensation betterments. Shared Service offerings include, but are not limited to: Fiscal Reporting, Payroll, Information Technology, Human Resources, Employee Recruiting, Employee Training, Risk and Time and Attendance.
