With a force of more than 74,000 civilian, military and contract support personnel, NAVSEA is the largest of the Navy`s five system commands. Our mission is to design, build and maintain ships and systems on time and on cost for the U.S. Navy. With a fiscal year budget of nearly $30 billion, NAVSEA accounts for one quarter of the Navy`s entire budget.
Rebecca Chhim is Director of Cybersecurity for Undersea Warfare at Naval Sea Systems Command. Previously, Rebecca held various senior IT leadership roles in the industry.
