About the Company

The Director of National Intelligence oversees the 16 federal organizations that make up the intelligence community. The DNI also manages the implementation of the National Intelligence Program. Additionally, the DNI serves as the principal adviser to the president and the National Security Council on intelligence issues related to national security.

 

About the Person

Raymond Cook — a 22-year veteran of the IC — currently serves as director of mission operations for the National Reconnaissance Office and director of the Office of Space Reconnaissance at the CIA. Before joining the NRO, Cook spearheaded interagency IT infrastructure, data sharing and compliance efforts while based at the CIA.
