Randall N. Spratt, also known as Randy, served as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at McKesson Corporation since April 2009. Mr. Spratt served as the Chief Process Officer of McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT), McKesson Corp.`s medical software and services division based in Alpharetta, Georgia from April 2003 to July 2005. Mr. Spratt served as Senior Vice President of Imaging, Technology and Business Process Improvement of McKesson Information Solutions from 2001 to 2003 and served as its Senior Vice President of Technology and Standards from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Spratt served as vice president of Standards and Technology in MPT where he developed and deployed several leading product and business strategies. He held executive positions of increasing responsibility at the start-up Advanced Laboratory Systems (ALS), culminating with the role of Chief Operations Officer. ALS was acquired by HBO & Company in 1996, which in turn was acquired by McKesson in 1999. Mr. Spratt has been a Director of Code Green Networks, Inc. since March 9, 2009. Mr. Spratt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with a minor in computer science, from the University of Utah.
