Most recently, Ralf Guckert was responsible for business support systems solutions at Ericsson Group. Prior to that, he was responsible for the development and implementation of product strategies for charging, billing and customer care at international corporations such as Nokia Siemens Networks and Ericsson. Guckert began his career in 2000 at the former LHS Group.
