Radhakrishna Mydam's promotion to the role comes after he led several IT rollouts at Capital, including a paperless conversion in underwriting, a move to a virtual work environment, and early work on a policy administration revame that will begin this year. He also led development of the company's mobile application, which launched last May. With more than 23 years of experience in the technology industry, Mydam has held project leadership, software engineering, and consulting roles with various organizations, including SPM Instruments, IBM Global Services, John Hancock, the Robert H. School of Business, and the Norfolk & Dedham Insurance Group. Later, during his employment at Liberty Mutual, he was involved in the development and deployment of a number of significant projects covering loss control, financial management, policy administration, and customer engagement systems, as well as business applications. He received his undergraduate and graduate degree in Engineering while in India. He received his MBA in Private Equity and Venture Capital from the University of New Hampshire. He also holds the designation as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
