IMG Academy is also the host venue for countless international amateur and professional sporting events. Major League Rugby is a professional sports league in its fourth season and represents the highest level of rugby competition in North America. The League evolved from seven teams in 2018, to 13 teams in 2021, featuring 12 from the United States and one from Canada. Matches are televised on CBS Sports Network, FS1, FS2, among other national and local market platforms. All matches are available on The Rugby Network for international fans. MLR prides itself in fostering intense and high-stakes competition, while bringing together a passionate community built on the values of Respect, Inclusivity, and Tradition.
Surf 9 is a licensed footwear and sporting manufacturer that specializes in product design, superior manufacturing, logistics and advertising and media services. We hold licenses for the Body Glove, Nautica, and Spyder brands.
The Georgia Tech Athletic Association forms the front porch of the Institute and serves as a gathering place for students, alumni, fans and friends.
