Ensemble Performing Arts is a partnership of community-focused music and dance businesses that maintain individual identities while sharing resources to ensure their mutual success. We believe that a performing arts education is a lifelong journey and is appropriate for individuals of all ages and skill levels. While many of our teachers are equipped to serve students with collegiate and professional ambitions, and we celebrate our students with these meritorious goals, we are equally delighted to work with students of all abilities seeking to enrich their lives through the performing arts. Students can expect a fun and welcoming learning environment with quality teachers underpinned by individual assessments and personalized guidance throughout their learning journey. While our focus always begins with safe classroom practices and healthy technique, what follows thereafter depends on a students unique interests, abilities, and ambitions. The Giants have a rich history, boasting 8 World Series titles, 23 National League pennants, and 9 division titles. The team is owned by Charles B. Johnson and Greg E. Johnson, with Larry Baer as president and Bob Melvin as manager. The organization focuses on providing entertainment through baseball games, merchandise sales, and community programs. A Global Development Expedition FOR women, not ABOUT women. Signature Leaders is designed to augment, rather than replace, existing corporate executive leadership development. These are programs for women with the highest potential, to fast-track them into next level leadership. These women are managing large P&Ls, leading transformations across the enterprise or sizeable functional teams, or in that critical "pivot" from managing to leading. We gather these elite leaders from around the world for introspective learning and external connections. Our executive faculty covers our framework of Who You Are, How You Show Up, and How You Relate to Others. Unlike typical seminars or conferences, participants will join the Signature community upon enrollment. This means the opportunities for learning and growth starts prior to, and continues beyond, the immersion session. Signature alumni move forward with an invaluable network of more than 2,300 peers and 250 executive faculty members and advisors who support them throughout their ongoing leadership journey. Why Signature as a name? Because every executive has a unique style and "signature" embedded in the way they lead. Our curriculum focuses on the essential capabilities needed for next level leadership in a way that encourages executives to broaden, not change their own distinct style – the leadership signature that makes them authentic.
